A first conversation
Half an hour, by phone or video. No charge, no obligation, and nothing to prepare.
The conversation has two purposes. The first is yours: ask whatever you want to know - how I work, what coaching is and isn't, what an engagement costs, whether this is the right moment for it. The second is practical: we spend part of the call in a short piece of actual, on something real you bring with you. Not a description of coaching. The thing itself.
By the end, you'll know two things you can't learn from a website: what it's like to be coached, and what it's like to be coached by me.
Everything said in the call is confidential, whether we work together afterwards or not.
If it's useful, we talk about what working together could look like: session cadence, packages, practicalities. If it isn't, we say so and part well. You'll get no follow-up sequences and no pressure. That isn't how I work.
